BLOOM BOX SUBSCRIPTION FAQ


Hello there! Welcome to the FAQ page for the newest addition to the daisylace boutique family of products. Please browse the below information to find all your questions answered about this exciting new service. If you have more questions, feedback or concerns, please feel free to reach out to hello@daisylaceboutique.com for more support. We return emails Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST in the order in which they are received. We do our very best to return all emails within (3) business days.

 

WHAT IS A BLOOM BOX?

Bloom Box is a clothing subscription service that gets you 3-5 curated pieces each month. Each box is a mystery until delivery, follows a monthly theme and is guaranteed to contain a minimum of 3 apparel pieces. For example, boxes that contain denim, outerwear or heavy cardigans may contain 3 apparel items and an accessory, while some months may contain 5 apparel pieces that are more capsule closet basics. 

HOW MUCH IS A BLOOM BOX?

Bloom Boxes are $100/month and contain a minimum retail value of $150 of products. Discounts are available when you pre-pay for your subscription in 3, 6 or 12 month subscription lengths.

WHEN IS MY BLOOM BOX BILLED?

Each Bloom Box is billed on the 5th of the month, unless you prepaid for your subscription. 

WHEN IS MY BLOOM BOX SHIPPED?

Bloom Boxes are all shipped by the 25th of the month.

WHICH MONTH BLOOM BOX WILL I RECEIVE?

Bloom boxes purchased between the 6th of Month A and 5th of Month B will receive Month B's box and it will be shipped on the 25th of Month B. For example, a box purchased on September 5th would receive a September Bloom Box, but a box purchased between September 6th-October 5th will receive an October Bloom Box.

CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! Bloom Box subscription details can be managed by visiting daisylaceboutique.com, Menu > Account > Manage Subscription. If you are on a month-to-month subscription plan, you can cancel at anytime before the 5th of the month to not receive that month's box. If you prepaid for a subscription length, you can pause your subscription at any time. If you pause between the 6th of Month A & the 4th of Month B, you will still receive Month A's box, but will not receive Month B. Prepaid subscriptions will continue until the length of the subscription is met. There will not be refunds available in the middle of a subscription length (for example, if you prepay for 6 months but wish you cancel after your 4th box, you can pause at your discretion until you wish to continue, but will not be refunded for 5th and 6th boxes. You can restart your paused subscription at any time to receive your 5th & 6th boxes, & manage your settings so that your subscription will not automatically renew.)

I PREPAID FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION. WILL IT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes! All subscriptions will renew at the end of the original subscription length. If you wish you cancel, you are able to do that at any time. Please cancel before the 5th of the month at the end of your subscription length to avoid an auto-renew if you wish to cancel. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed & will be fulfilled through the length of the subscription.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS THAT I DON'T LIKE?

Unfortunately, since products within the box are offered at such a great discount, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any Bloom Boxes in full or partial units. We encourage you to visit our VIP group on Facebook (daisylace boutique VIPs) to trade or sell* any items that don't fit your style or fit preferences perfectly. Of course, this excludes damages. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to customer service at hello@daisylaceboutique.com. *Please note, daisylace boutique is not responsible for any customer to customer sales or trades. Please use safe BST guidelines.

ARE ALL BLOOM BOXES THE SAME?

For now, yes! Part of the fun of our Bloom Boxes is that they are a surprise and are curated to fit each month's theme. Every customer will receive the same products in their size, with an occasional variation between boxes in print and color. Eventually, we hope to expand into different style boxes (think Classic, Edgy or Feminine) and different size boxes. At this time, boxes are all the same.

CAN I BUY THE ITEMS FROM THE BLOOM BOX A LA CARTE IN THE BOUTIQUE?

Not at first! All items curated inside our Bloom Boxes are box exclusives and cannot be purchased in the boutique UNLESS we have extra units. Extra units will be listed in the boutique two weeks after all subscribers have received their boxes, but it is in extremely limited quantities and sizes. If you spy an item you especially love, we encourage you to visit the VIP group and hopefully find a subscriber who is willing to sell or trade you for the item you're coveting! 

I JUST GOT A BLOOM BOX,  BUT NEED TO CHANGE MY SIZES IN MY NEXT BOX. CAN I DO THAT?

Yes! We are unable to exchange products from boxes you've already received for new sizes, but we can absolutely change the sizes on your profile to be a better fit on next month's box. To update sizing, please e-mail hello@daisylaceboutique.com BEFORE the 5th of the month. Any boxes processed on the 5th of the month will not be able to be modified before the 25th ship date.

CAN I USE MY DAISYLACE BOUTIQUE REWARDS POINTS ON BLOOM BOXES?

Unfortunately, no. Bloom Boxes & the boutique are two separate systems and cannot be overlapped.

CAN I GIFT A BLOOM BOX SUBSCRIPTION?

Heck yes! Bloom boxes are totally gift-able and do not automatically renew at the end of the prepaid subscription length. They require no account management by the recipient. Easy peasy!
